Cindy is an experienced real estate investor and financial professional with over 25 years of experience. She spent 10 years as a CPA in a regional public accounting firm, where she specialized in auditing, tax, bookkeeping, and internal control before moving to a large bank focusing on underwriting, credit analysis, deal structuring, credit approval and document negotiation. These experiences have provided her with a solid foundation in financial management and strategic decision-making.
With more than three years of hands-on experience in real estate investing, Cindy has successfully managed flips and mid-term rental properties, and continues to expand her investment portfolio. As an individual investor, she has a proven track record of identifying profitable opportunities and executing them with precision.

BRENDA PRICE
Brenda Price, affectionately known as "Brenda Your Lender," is a seasoned professional whose career bridges education, real estate investing, and mortgage expertise. For 22 years, she inspired young minds as a fifth-grade teacher and mentor, earning a Bachelor’s, Master’s, Education Specialist’s, and Doctorate degree in education. Her passion for teaching and lifelong learning defined her career until she transitioned into the world of real estate.
In 2018, Brenda founded Smokies Square One LLC, beginning her real estate journey while still teaching full-time and raising two children. By 2022, she fully embraced real estate as her primary focus, managing rental properties, renovating homes, and building her portfolio.
As a mortgage broker at NEXA Mortgage, she uses her experience as an investor to guide clients through the lending process, offering a unique perspective that ensures their success.
Brenda is also the co-founder of Next Level Strategies (NLS)
with her trusted partner Cindy Hewett. Together, they teach clients how to invest using self-directed IRAs, helping them explore creative financing strategies to build wealth and achieve financial independence.
Her expertise in this area is further enhanced by her role with NoteSchool, where she mastered note investing and now serves as a liaison, guiding new students through the complexities of the field.
When she’s not managing properties, closing loans, or mentoring others, Brenda enjoys building connections in her community and cherishing time with her grown children. Her journey exemplifies the power of education, innovation, and perseverance in transforming lives.
